Saiftech Group is a Dubai-based scaffolding and technical services organisation, established in 2008. For more than seventeen years we have delivered certified access solutions and skilled manpower to contractors operating across the UAE's construction, energy and industrial sectors.

Headquartered at Office 128, 285 Damascus Street, Deira, we serve clients nationwide — from targeted domestic works to landmark infrastructure and multi-million-dirham developments.

Policies

Worker replacement policy

Saiftech Group guarantees timely replacement of any worker who is absent, underperforming, non-compliant with site rules, or unable to continue on assignment — without disruption to client programmes.

24-hour replacement commitment for certified scaffolders and technical trades on active UAE contracts.
Equivalent qualification — replacement personnel match or exceed the skill level and certification of the original assignment.
No additional mobilization charge for replacements arising from STS-managed attendance, compliance or performance issues.
Supervisor notification — clients informed immediately with replacement ETA and updated site documentation.
Standing bench strength — maintained crew pool enables rapid backfill for shutdown, maintenance and urgent works.
